USB Sticks 2.0 or 3.0?

Currently, we offer 2.0 speed for 2GB and 4GB capacities, for 8GB, 16GB and 32GB capacities we offer you a 3.0 interface.

What is the difference between USB Sticks 2.0 and 3.0?

USB 3.0 keys are faster: their speed allows us to load files quickly. In addition, this type of interface 3.0 allows to load a video on the TV in a direct and uniform way.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order, for most models, is 10 units. This allows us to offer very good prices. We are expanding the models that can be ordered 1 at a time.

What customization options are there?

A logo marking is included for all models (one-sided marking). It is also possible to request a second “back” engraving. USB keys and boxes are also customizable with names and dates.

What can I do if I don’t like the end result?

You have 30 days to return it to us. Our main goal is to satisfy our customers.

Do USB Keys have a warranty?

We assure you the USB stick for 10 years: we take care of all faults as well as possible slowness. If your Key is slowed down in loading files (in 2.0 less than 5Mb / s and in 3.0 less than 20 Mb / s) we will refund the money for the payment and we will reorder you.

What are the delivery costs for international shipping?

Delivery costs for mainland France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg are € 8.90. Delivery for european countries outside UE is € 30. Deliveries are always made with express delivery companies (FEDEX, TNT, DHL).

Stock Price and Manufacturing Price

Stock products are personalized at our production facility in Santander, Spain. The delivery time is 5/7 working days of production and 3/4 working days of delivery.

The products of the “Manufacturing” tariffs are always made on the basis of the customer’s indications and the options are numerous: capacity, marking, colors, etc. This type of process is slow and the delivery time is 3/4 weeks.
