Printing techniques

LASER ENGRAVING

This technique acts on the surface by changing the colour or making a fold. It can be applied to materials such as wood, cork, glass, etc.

In the case of laser engraving on glass USB sticks, the USB sticks are engraved on the back with the logo in “mirror”. This makes the logo visible “through” the glass.

COLOUR PRINTING (UV INKS)

UV printing machines can be used to print on almost any surface. UV printing is digital and allows full colour printing.

It is also possible to print photographs due to their high quality and definition.

We use our own resources to carry out all these techniques and this allows us to produce small series of 10 units. It is also possible to order 1 unit of certain products. We can also put a different design on each box or key.

For orders of 25 units or more, there are other different techniques that can be ordered from the factory. Important: these techniques have a longer delivery time: 2 to 3 weeks.

3D LASER ENGRAVING

This technique is only available from 25 units, the logo is engraved on the inside of the glass, it seems to “float”, when you place your order we will contact you to confirm if you prefer the surface laser or the 3D laser.

The following pictures explain the differences (on the right the 3D laser and on the left the surface laser):

TAMPOGRAPHY

Glass marking is the most precise technique, on the contrary, it can only be done with one ink and the shapes must be flat. This means that it is like a “stamp” but its precision is extreme.

Pad printing VS UV printing

SCREEN PRINTING

As with pad printing, colours 1 to 4 are also limited here. Their precision is perfect and, as with pad printing, flat shapes or texts must be used.
